I’m a 36-year-old social media and community manager with a background as a front-end developer, where I’ve gained 13 years of experience. Social media and content creation have always been a deep passion of mine, and I’ve had the privilege of turning that passion into a fulfilling career.

Mareike joined me as a Junior Social Media Manager in March 2024. Back then I felt clueless about leading a social media team but Mareike took my fear away very quickly. Due to the social media knowledge she already acquired she proved herself to be an exceptional team member who learns and adapts extremely fast. She even showed me bits and bobs which never crossed my path during 13 years of professionally working in social media.
Her creativity and ability to execute innovative campaigns significantly improved our digital presence and engagement in a very humble and authentic way.

CEOs of Screams
I am the acting leader and admin for the almost 90 people strong, charity-focused Twitch Stream team "CEOs of Screams". I developed our website, and help manage our social media channels with a small team of streamers from the team.
Sumi has provided an unparalleled level of organized and motivated workflow, helping to create a solid base for our growing team. Her work has been instrumental in having all the needed tools and resources ready for each members requests.

Shedford Hollow
I am a Community Leader of Shedford Hollow; a welcoming online space for gamers, content creators, and their communities. I developed their website, social media accounts including X (formerly Twitter), and host community engagement activities for their members.
Sumi's super power is creative engagement - and she really shines as a Community Leader for Shedford Hollow in keeping our village on discord both organised, and supported. All of our art and brand collateral was created and published by Sumi. She also spearheaded our growth via a Social Media plan last year, launching professional spaces on Twitter and more recently Bluesky to help encourage new members to join. Sumi hosts events for our community, organises developer sponsors to reward participation, and publishes campaigns on our social media and website for continued engagement. She's tenacious and driven, and I am often blown away by the effort and skill she puts into Shedford Hollow, especially as we know her in the creator space as being involved with, and successful in, other community ventures.

The Crypt Community
I am a Moderator for The Crypt Community; inclusive, uplifting, & supportive space for horror streamers and horror game developers.
Sumi is a natural born leader in the content creator space. She is creative, hardworking, organized, community focused, and always supportive of others. Sumi created our Crypt Community logo this year and is always helping us with graphic design and back end Discord tasks. She is always one of the first people to volunteer to tackle a new project. Sumi is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. It’s truly such a joy to watch them thrive in Twitch’s community related spaces.
